1. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us.

2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Returns: Store credit is issued for unused items reported within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges: Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours, along with an unboxing video.
Please note: Sale items and customized products are not eligible.

4. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Many of our pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations in finish or color are natural. These are not considered defects.

• COD (on most domestic orders)
• International: Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal

6. What are your shipping charges?
• Prepaid orders: Free standard shipping (India)
• COD orders: Rs.59 
• Express shipping: Rs.300 

7. How do I redeem my store credit?
Store credits are valid for 12 months and sent to your registered email or phone.
Apply the credit during checkout on your next order.

8. What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
Check your spam or promotions folder.
