Welcome to NOORA Fashion & Accessories. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.

1.General
This site is operated by NOORA Fashion & Accessories, a homegrown Indian brand. We may update these Terms anytime without prior notice. Continued use means acceptance.

2.Orders & Acceptance
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, technical problems, or suspicious activity. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

3.Payments
We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and COD on eligible orders. For COD, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay.

4.Shipping
Free standard shipping on prepaid orders across India. Processing: 6–7 business days. Ready-to-ship: 2–3 business days. Pre-orders: 9–12 business days. Delivery varies by location/PIN code. Please provide accurate info.

5.Returns & Exchanges
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be unused with original packaging and tags. Once approved and received, store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months). Exchanges applicable only for defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours with a clear unboxing video. One-time free pickup will be arranged. If out of stock, store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months). No refunds.

6.Non-Returnable Items
Customized/made-to-order items, sale items, earrings or hair accessories (due to hygiene reasons), international orders.

7.Product Info
Colors may vary due to lighting/screens. Descriptions and prices subject to change.

8.Please Note
Each product is uniquely handcrafted. Minor variations in glue application, design details, or bead placement may occur. These slight differences are not defects but a natural part of the craftsmanship that makes each piece special.

9.Intellectual Property
All content/logos owned by NOORA Fashion & Accessories. Unauthorized use prohibited.

10.Privacy
Customer data used only for order processing and communication. No sharing with third parties. See Privacy Policy.

11.Governing Law
Indian law governs these Terms. Jurisdiction: Amritsar, Punjab.
