Return And Exchange Policy
NOORA – Exchange Policy (Updated)
We do not offer returns.
However, a one-time exchange or store credit is available on eligible orders.
1. Damaged / Wrong Product
- Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer.
- Pickup is currently unavailable due to logistics limitations.
2. Exchange / Store Credit
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue:
- A replacement (if the product is in stock), or
- A store credit valid for 90 days
Refunds are not provided.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Earrings and hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items or products received with freebies
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
4. Condition Requirements
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging with all tags intact
